“Flower Stone” was hand-carved from California Jade and strung on black nylon cord, wrapped with brown whip knots, and accented by two matching hand-carved beads. It also features matching hand carved sliding beads, which slide along to the cord adjust the length.

Note from the Artist: This design was inspired by this stone that my grandfather has always lovingly referred to as “the flower stone”. It is a truly spectacular specimen, as far as California jades go, with its true green color, translucence and beautiful white and black “flower” characteristics.

This jade was found by my grandfather years ago in Northern California. Because of its beauty, we only slice off a sliver at a time and treat it preciously.
